2.5in LCR?

The Ruger LCR is direct competition to the S&W 642, and S&W now offers the 642 with a 2.5 in barrel(16oz)... Should Ruger do the same with the LCR?!

I would buy one, I'm tempted to get the Smith already.

No.

It looks funny enough already. Adding another.37" to the barrel would make it look funnier.

If they did, I would keep the old one and not buy a longer one.

dont see what advantage that would have with either gun. they are made for deep concealment and any extra length is counterproductive. if ya want more barrel step up to the SP101 3" or m60 IMHO
