Going straight to the source most always answers the question. ;) Per Ruger's on-line store:

Silver powder-coated aluminum. Uses tip-off or Weaver®-style rings. Includes 4 screws for assembly.

The scope rail shown here is an aftermarket - forget which one - purchased from one of RFC's sponsors.

Thicker than the usual Ruger.
They're also available in natural aluminum.

The mount on this is - again, fairly sure - a standard Ruger.

Big scope, granted, purchased for another rifle, but I wanted to shoot the rifle so that's its place of residence for a while.

To my eye, it doesn't look bad.
4 x 16 fwiw.

Scope mounts on both rifles are Weaver 1" low rings - trophy model I believe.
As an additional identification factor, they're most expensive of the Weaver rings for 1" scope and 22 groove mount.
About $12. at Wally World.

I think I can find a standard Ruger silver colored base and shoot some pics if it would help.

I usually avoid aluminum when steel is available, so some years back
Dave Talley made steel mounts that fit the 10/22 that would then
accept the regular Ruger steel rings so I got several sets for myself
and friends and family from Brownells, I like the look a lot better
than Weaver mounts on rails. I don't have access to a camera at
the moment or I'd post pictures of what they look like. Unfortunately
Talley has discontinued the mounts now so I better keep mine in
good shape as there won't be any more. :(

you can get steel rings of course, of just about any flavor. still have to mount a weaver or picatinny rail. and theres your aluminum there. personally ive no problem with mounting aluminum tube scopes with aluminum mounting hardware to an aluminum reciever. might be different if we were talking a hard kicking centerfire. if you go standard rings on a rail weaver makes some decent rings in several heights that will mount on the stock weaver rail.
