10/22 micro dot sight

Yes, I've shot a friend's rifle with an Aimpoint H-1 and didn't really like the fuzzy looking dot.

I need glasses for distance, and when I use a red dot w/o my glasses they look like a starburst. With glasses on the dots are sharp, especially on an aimpoint. That might be why it was fuzzy to you. I have red dots on hand guns, my 10/22 TD, and one of my ARs, and love them.
Funny when I shoot with scopes I dont use my glasses, but look over them.

I feel ya.....need my glasses for shooting and the fuzzy dot was with specs. I'm sure it has nothing to do with Birthdays. Thanks.

A 1" Ultradot is what I'm hoping to get for my 10/22.

If the aimpont dot looks fuzzy with your glasses on, you might have a touch of astigmatism.

I've found, at least on my cheap red dots, that you need to dial the brightness down to where you can just barely see it and then there is less 'fuzzy glare'.
