10/22 International end cap screw

Just bought a very nice 10/22 International with wood Manlicher stock. It's missing the small screw that holds the fore end cap in place. I could put a small "wood screw" in, but I'd like to keep it all original. So far I haven't been able to get through to Ruger parts, but just wanted to know if that screw is even available.. Thanks for any help.

Well, just got in touch with a a very nice lady at Ruger, and she's sending the screw free of charge. I'm really amazed that a single tiny screw is still available. A real pleasure dealing with Ruger!

Had the same problem two months ago. Ruger was very helpfull. The man said these screws are lost quite frequently, so he sent TWO at no charge. Received them in three days ! Can't beat that for service !! Dopplebok
