10/22 Finger groove Sporter value?

Hi all,

I have the opportunity to purchase a second year 10/22 finger groove sporter, and wondered what the value of such a gun might be. The gun is in what I would describe as 98% and all original. Just the gun, no other goodies. Any help is appreciated.
