Most Ruger collectors were very disappointed by Ruger's choice of that design for the 50th anniversary 10/22….most of us believed that the choice didnt represent any of the history of the rifle, and know that I see it again, I still think what the heck was Ruger thinking, it looks like an American rifle version of the 10/22, was that their intent.

Should have been a limited production WALNUT stocked, finger groove Sporter…that would have been A 50TH ANNIVERSARY RIFLE!

I guess I got sidetracked…not sure they are collectible, my guess is it would bring about the same as any stainless/plastic stocked 10/22…I agree with Hittman, in the $275-300.00 range.

They should have just come out with a wooden stocked one that looked like they did in 1965, with a medallion in the stock... but I like the old style 10/22's
