Stainless 10/22, black synthetic stock with laser. Guy has one for sale locally. Not much if any info online. So I am assuming not many made. Any info on it would be appreciated.

I believe that model came out around 2008 or so. It may have been a distributor special. If I recall that model has the laser built inletted into the end of the stock with a button on the left side. Otherwise it's just a standard stainless carbine. If you look at the auction sites they tend to sell for around $250.

Ruger later went with a laser that replaced the barrel band but that had a different model number.

Discounting the laser (of questionable value, IMHO), CDNN has a stainless carbine with a Hogue overmolded stock and an 18.5" threaded barrel for $250 brand new.

I had two of these I liked them so much. Sold one. Fajen Legacy adjustable everything. Bull, spiral forged, free-floated barrel. I did put in a Hornet trigger.

Assuming that's a 1-inch diameter red circle, that's not a very impressive group with that particular ammunition at 50 yards. You will most likely do much better with a good scope.

Awesome but what does it have to do with the OPs question?

Sorry, I should have posted this pic, too and explained a bit more.

Spiral forged—but not stainless—synthetic stock with a red dot/holo sight—not a laser. It was heavy. With the stock removed we found locations where swivel locations could be drilled and mounted with washers and lock washers without interfering with the barrel or action. With this rifle the side was the best choice so the sling and its mounts didn't interfere with benching the rifle.

Again, sorry, does not show the sling mounts (they were on the other rifle.) As SGW Gunsmith posted, better with a scope which is what shows in the pic below.

Should I delete the post?

I have the 1140 described in the reference as follows...
K10/22RPFS (Ruger model 1140). Note this model is the same as the regular production 10/22RPF (also Ruger model 1140) except also has a sling. Known s/n range 250-73779 to 250-78141. Unknown quantity produced for unknown distributor.

There's nothing about a laser on this one.
