I recently purchased a #1B in .25/06 and whle the trigger is pretty darned nice, I'd like to take some of the creep out of it. Thanks!

Mattsbox99.
You have to take down the whole action, remove the hammer and the sear/extension and polish all the trigger
contact parts which are, the hammer notch. the sear. the under side of the sear extension. this may be where the creep is. The trigger part that that slides along the sear extension. If you are not comfortable doing this you best get a smith that knows the #1.

I figure its good enough for a hunting gun, not really worth doing all that. I saw the screws on the trigger and thought maybe they were adjustment screws, no big deal. Thanks for the info.
