Saw a 30-06 centenial (1 of 500) with average wood w/box for $599. issue is there were 2 dings in wood that could not even be steamed out along with others that could be. blueing was perfect. Nice looking gun that maybe worth it for a shooter by itself. What are they going for?

I gave $750.00 for a NIB last year and turned it into a shooter :)

I walked into a gun store and told the owner I wanted a #1-A in 30-06. He said he had a centennial edition at which I told him I wasn't looking for a collector rifle, but something to shoot. He offered to sell it to me at a good price so I bought it and took it home and made it a shooter instead of NIB. Of course it still looks brand new.

If you don't take it will you PM me where it is located?

yessir, darn good price for one of them, wholesale for any of the newer ones is in the $800 range ( I think Boggs has them $838...) and if you shop the other distributors, have heard of them a bit cheaper...so thats GOOD.....
after all the new retail is $1182........
