'Sorta' figured that, but thanks for your quick reply. I've heard of others sending them back to Ruger without the cylinder for replacement, maybe they 'retrofit' them in some way.

Hey Guys. I'm planning to have H. Bowen rechamber my Super bearcat to .22 mag, along with some other work. Does anyone know, (I'm sending it back to Ruger first to try for a replacement) if they still have blued Old model cylinders in stock? Will the "New model" cylinder fit this frame...
