Undersized throat - thanks, I didn't think of it. I just tried some cases, and they were all tight. Unfortunately, I mixed them with cases from a semi auto. Next time at the range I will save some. Or, I can resize some right now! I will also email Ruger, as has been suggested. Thanks to you all!

I don't think I have the knowledge, skills or tools to ream it out, even if I buy the reamer. Might not get is done evenly. Just bought the revolver, and don't want to pay $100 or so to have a smith right now. Can it be gently polished with anything? 600 or 800 grit cloth?

I'm using Magteck 115 grain. Only one chamber is tight. Maybe if I make up some loads they will be smaller fit. Possible?

I just bought a 1973 in great condition, and have that same problem with a 9 mm chamber! Cleaned and brushed it well, and problem persists. I just posted a question on how I might fix this. Have you resolved your situation with it?

I just acquired a 1973, little used NM Blackhawk .357/9mm. Great condition. One chamber in 9mm cylinder is tight, and rounds don't seat all the way. Sometimes one prevents cylinder from turning. Cleaned, brushed, cleaned again. Bought on auction, didn't think to ask about this. Solution? Thanks
