Made a couple mods to my Wiley Clap II 357 mag to finish it up

I enjoy this 3-inch revolver so much that I wanted to make two small upgrades to it, and I installed them today.
I installed an MC grip, and also a fully adjustable Novak tritium rear sight.
Now I don't have any excuses if I'm shooting it like a bum!!
