Usually it is an old doe that does that to me. But some could have been bucks, since I could not see them, no way to know for sure.

But I have never had a mature buck stomp his foot and blow multiple times like that. For me when busted by a buck that I saw, it was a quick snort, if any at all, and a flashing white tail bounding away.

Usually happened with does that I couldn't shoot. When the kids were young, we/they had a favorite stand that got used more than it should. The resident does would often approach, sniff, snort massively, and circle the blind. One day Daughter said "Dad, can I shoot that old bitty so she doesn't scare the bucks?". When antlerless season opened, that's exactly what we did. Every doe that 'snorted' us got shot until we ran out of tags.

I have had does do that on several occasions. I would be quite upset if a nice buck like that saw or winded me.

Great video! . . reminds me of why I like to sit in the woods on a cold, quiet morning! Beautiful animal ! . . I like seeing them so much, that I am getting to where I sorta hesitate to shoot one any longer !? As hunters and outdoors enthusiasts, our only consolation when something like this happens is . . he lives to fight another day, AND hopefully to breed and produce more like HIM !! Thanks for sharing this!

Several times. Usually they have come in from behind me and when I turn my head to look left and right and there they are looking at me

Many times.... just never had that good a look at them. Usually can't even see them, but I've seen a lot of does looking at me and stomping.
