I want one. Hope they release another batch.

Procrastinated or was otherwise ignorant of their existence before they were gone.

...been waiting for two years...

I have a 4" MC and it is a great shooter... Would have made the best LE revolver ever...

This is exactly what Keith/Jordan/Skelton wanted when they pushed for a mid-frame .40-.41 caliber gun with a 180-200 grain SWC bullet at 900-1000 fps...what they got was the N-frame .41 Magnum...

Those WC models are nice. Ruger replaced a gun for me a couple years ago and offered me one. I wanted adjustable sights, so chose the MC version instead. I actually liked the .357 slab-sided barrel and was surprised it did not carry over into the 10MM version.

That Ruger is plenty strong enough for that dovetail, notice the location. Ahead of where top straps break loose from the rest of the frame.

What is the decibel range for a 10mm vs 357?

Some fans will tell you the 'Stupendous Ten' is right up there with the .44 Mag or .454 Casull (just kidding). Actually, it probably depends on a lot of things, including barrel length, auto pistol vs. revolver, and the particular load you're shooting. I would guess that some .357 loads in some handguns are louder than some 10mm loads, and vice versa.

I snagged one last year on the GB auction site - took lots of time to find. Sweet pistol. Mates well with my S&W 610, and my Kimber 1911 10mm.

I hate it when I only have one gun that fires a specific caliber. So I always try to buy a Ruger and S&W revolver and a semi-auto that all fire the same caliber. Been fortunate in that regard, finding complementary pieces that eat 9mm, 10mm, .357 Mag/.38 Special, .44 cal (special and mag) and .45 ACP rounds. And my .40 cal S&W M&P is reconfigurable to fire .357 SIG. Got 'em all covered.
