This is not a post to sell this product but to get feedback about how it works. This is a new product just published on our web today.

It is an adjustable MOA scope mount for shooting longer distances without running out of scope elevation adjustment.

Here is a link directly to the product, https://www.jackweigand.com/RUGER 1022 Scope Mount Adjustable MOA.html

Thanks for having a look

While I don't have a need for such a mount,, I can attest to the quality of the other Weigand mounts I have. If this one is anything like the others,, it'll be "top-notch."

An interesting idea! A lot of people don't realize that they need a scope mount that will give them added elevation - especially with a .22 - until they try to shoot beyond 25-50 yards with one. One thing for certain - if Jack Weigand builds it, it's a quality product!

This has not been my experience. I've not had any problems getting a 200 yard zero-even when using subsonic ammo. Beyond 200 may run some scopes out of elevation or affect the amount of windage adjustment. The externally adjustable base helps maintain the internal adjustments 'closer to the middle'.

I do not shoot super long range, but my SIG scopes have custom dials made for the .22lr that give me dial up out to 200 yds. SIg used to offer them free when you bought a scope. I do not know if they still do. But, you sent them a boat load of info on your load velocity, bullet weight, rifle barrel length, general info on elev, temp etc etc and they send you back a custom laser engraved dial!
