Single-Sixer
O.K. I've had this gun for a while. It started out as a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite and morphed into a Black Mamba. I installed the LLV -4 upper, Volquartsen trigger kit and TK trigger. This is one group from 25 yards off a bench. I've very happy with it.
I've gotten to shoot about 100K rounds over the years with it. At 87K the LLV 4 had a piece break off so I sent it to Volquartsen and they replaced it. They asked if I'd like a new barrel as well so I did. After break in again it shoots reliably. I've shot the last two Steel Challenge Matches with it and it ran 100% using Norma Tac 22 ammo.
If you want the ultimate accuracy from your Mark IV I highly recommend getting the VQ parts.
