My old GP100 6" with an Action Arms base and Thompson Center Electra-Dot 3X20mm pistol scope in Warne rings. I use the scope when I am load testing...I feel it is helpful to know the absolute accuracy potential of a bullet/powder combination. Then, if I miss using the iron sights (after they have been zeroed for that load), I know the loose nut behind the trigger is the cause. I also like having the scope on if I'm bumming around in varmint territory...coyotes, prairie poodles, and rockchucks at long range (100-200 yards) is a fun challenge!
