Don't know how you possibly get that. Cut and paste from the link, my bold

Firearms meeting the definition of a handgun under 431.2 and the definition of curios or relics under 27 CFR 478.11 may be mailed between curio and relic collectors only when those firearms also meet the definition of an antique firearm under 431.3.

Did you even read what I wrote? I agreeded with you. I said that C&R handguns can be mailed IF THEY MEET THE RESTRICTIONS AS SHOWN.

I'm not going to debate it anymore, I agreed with you and you still said I was wrong. I will delete all my advice that I have given as I obviously don't know what I'm talking about. I will henceforth refer all FFL questions to you as you appear to be the most knowledgeable individual about all FFL information. No reason for me to read or respond to this thread anymore.

Ron IMO what you said conflicted and clearly implied a C&R could ship a handgun thru the mail as you have also said previously. I only posted to get the "correct" info out there. In almost no cases could a C&R meet the restrictions shown.
