I called Dury's Gun Shop, the sole source of these Ruger 1911 Gun Talk 25 year 10mm "commanders", Ruger model 6787. The nice fellow I spoke with said they are "sold out" and that only about 300 - 318 were actually produced! Apparently, according to him, Ruger "ran out of material" to keep producing them. The "supply chain issues". They've left the door open to produce more but it doesn't look promising.
This is turning out to be a low production (rare), unique Ruger SR1911!

Chet,
Here is a link for photos:

I'm going to guess the ser. no. range is GT25-0001 through GT25-0300 or maybe GT25-0318 since it's reported that 300 to 318 were made up.
I've personally observed GT25-0237.

That link says they only intended to make 500 so they were close.

And price was $1,699.00 - -

Not sure what "lack of materials" means but I've since learned that Tom Greshem has indicated that some of the small parts, that were unique to this model, may have been out sourced.
I can tell the grips are unique plus the "commander" length 10mm barrel and probably the recoil spring. And, of course, the Novak Tritium Night Front Sight. Just say'n.

That's a neat little pistol!
Looks like they go from GT25-0000 through GT25-0301, so 302 made up to this point.
