Promag adjustable stock for Ruger 9mm carbine - Any good?

Stumbled upon this adjustable stock, but haven't seen any reviews on it, except for someone who said fitting was actually required, vs. the "drop-in" claimed by Promag.
Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

Minor fitting for a perfect fit instead of a sloppy generic fit is better. A man without tools isn't.
