What's the twist rate and what is the lower marked for caliber? And is it a flat top? Thanks.

Twist rate is 1:7. Lower is marked "multi" for caliber/cartridge.
Depends on how you're defining "flat top". It has no carry handle (so yes flat picatinny rail on upper receiver) and as I stated it has an A2 front sight (with delta ring and standard plastic handguard). I can text you pics if that helps.
