This Super Blackhawk is not converted and dates to 1966 production. It is in really nice shape except for a few spot. There is some anodizing loss on the top of the rear sight and one spot on the ejector rod housing. There is also a nick on the upper part of the backstrap below the hammer. You can see all these spots in the close-ups. The rest of the gun is in better shape than my pictures indicate - it has some moisture absorbing spray on it that temporarily fogs the high gloss finish that these old Supers have. The right grip eagle is missing most of the black paint. It is clear that the numbering on the side of the box is not original, so the box was likely added. And the box is in pretty rough shape with 3 corners of the top blown and nearly a whole edge and around the corner of the bottom. It came with the scrap of red felt in the bottom someone added. Should make a great shooter or entry level collector revolver.
