My first centerfire rifle I bought back in winter 84, spring 85. Remington Classic .350 Remington Magnum. Put a Zeiss 4x scope on it and it was my only deer rifle for 15-20 years. Great, great rifle and very flexible to load for. I was putting 62 grains of IMR 4064 under Sierra 158 grain JHC bullets and smoking any coyote that would stand still long enough for me to shoot them! The Sierra 225 grain bullet killed every deer I ever shot with it... right there.

Mine is still in my safe... but I think I'm too emotionally attached to it to sell it... but it is a great choice. You could hunt just about anything in the lower 48 with that rifle. 35 caliber rifles in general just seem to kill things very efficiently.

I have a 700 LSS and a 700 ADL I would part with, both in .308. Let me know if they interest you and I can send pics.
