1943 Bound NRA set with W. B. Ruger 99 Savage article

REDUCED - EXCELLENT time capsule consisting of complete 1943 set of NRA magazines in long discontinued binder. All great with no odors or damage. I can send photos to a phone number. It includes the December (and the other 11) issue where William B. Ruger wrote a one page article with one photo showing his conversion of a Savage Model 99 in 250-3000 lever action to a semi-auto rifle. The article also quotes him as saying he feels that semi-autos are the future of sporting arms. This was the midpoint of WW-II and the magazines show many articles about the war and items of that special era.
