Scarce fixed sight early "lowback" blue Security Six in .357 Mag with 4" barrel. Model SDA34. This configuration was later renamed to the Police Service Six when the frame was redesigned to the "highback" style that actually started to appear in the upper end of the 150 prefix but is generally thought of as the 151 prefix and higher. Most lowback fixed sight Security Sixes are chambered in .38 Special since Ruger was courting the LE market and many agencies were restricted to .38 at that time. Looks to be about 98% condition. Former owner inherited it from his dad and installed Wolff springs, but then decided he really wasn't a wheelgun guy, so he traded it off. The original springs are included along with the packaging for the Wolff springs. It has some light silvering at the muzzle and cylinder a few other signs of light wear. Really a super nice revolver in a scarce configuration. Serial number dates to 1974 production, and of course it is pre-warning.
