The absolute ,unequivocal answer to that is , maybe .
You are gonna have to make a few measurements as specs had a plus or minus range.
And your gonna have to have a large frame cyl.
Many have gotten lucky popping them in but sometimes not so much.

Quite often,, if the OAL from the front of the cylinder boss to the rear of the ratchet is the same as the existing cylinder,, they can drop in & the timing be fine.
If the cylinder is shorter,, you'll get endshake & more "play".
If it's a little long, you can hone the boss down to match the OAL of the existing cylinder.
Next,, as noted,, the "maybe" portion. Timing. It can be just fine,, OR,,, may need a little tweaking. I'd have a gunsmith check it if I wasn't able to do so myself. Me,,, I have the stuff to check my guns.

I had similar thoughts in the past and wondered who could make a custom cylinder for either a 45 Colt Hunter or 454 Casull Bisley Blackhawk? I have been hoping for a 454 Casull Bisley Hunter to be honest but could be a long wait.
