Barrel problems new revolver SP 01 .22

Is there enyone who has a SP 01 .22 with raw field in a new revolver ex factory? :?:

I ordered an SP 101 .22 and when I received it the front sight was not properly indexed. I sent it back and they fixed the problem. They sent a test target showing they shot a 2 1/4" eight-shot group at 15 yards. I believe they told me their "acceptable" level was a 3" group.

Just wondering: does he mean rough lands in the rifling? I dunno.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here? Perhaps an honest "giving up" to get help? Google can provide some very helpful translations, when needed.

I'd guess you're right. "raw fields" vs "rough lands" seems like an honest language transposition.

Has anybody experienced this problem with the gun in question?
