Just picked up my new MC in 357 Friday. Took it to the range today and run some different mag loads through it. Shoots very accurately with more than one load. I like the feel of the wood grips for holding, but didn't care for them when shooting. A glove helped but the grip still slid in my hand. I ordered a Hogue grip w/o finger groves to see how it works. Very impressed overall with this gun.

I also like the wood look but didn't care for the feel, love my Match Champion but I'm a huge fan of Hogue finger grips…

Grips are truly not a one size fits all item. My GP-100 came with the Hogue finger groove grips which did not fit my slightly small hands well. I replaced them with the old style Ruger smooth wood and rubber grips which fit me well, and in my opinion look a lot better. Glad to read you are finding grips that you like and work for you.
