What is weight difference from Old Vaquero to New Model Vaqu

Wondering what the difference in weight from the old large frame Vaquero to the new smaller Vaquero now available?

Not a direct comparison, info from Ruger current offerings:

#5151 45 Colt 3.75 Birdshead 37oz; #5120 45 Colt 3.75 Plow handle 35oz

#10596 44 mag 3.75 Birdshead 39oz; #10598 44 mag 3.75 Plow handle 39oz

All stamped New Vaquero, but 44mag supposed to be on original Vaquero cylinder frame as I understand it. No idea how accurate catalog specs are.

My 3.6" Vaquero Birdshead Stainless 45 Colt = 39.5 oz.
I just built the same; Birdshead Grip Frame & Mikarta Grips on a 4.6" Flattop Stainless 45 Colt which is the Medium Frame "New Vaquero" = 41 oz. Understanding the Flattop does have adjustable Micro rear sight.

FWIW, the plan was to cut the barrel from 4.6 to 3.6, now the "cut" is on hold, not so sure... :roll:
