Ruger American Pistol Competition

I do not own a 9mm, I've always said a full sized semiautomatic would be nice as a house gun. A coworker bought a Ruger American that fit me well and I really enjoyed shooting it, then Ruger introduced the Competition model with a slightly longer barrel and HiViz sights and I decided I was going to get one...that was in the middle of last March Needless to say I've never seen one for sale, does anyone here have one or know of one?

I did a quick search. I did find where they have been for sale but every listing I found was out of stock. Sorry. It has been a crazy year.

I have one on back order from a dealer. They have no idea when they will get it.
this same dealer has a 4 million dollar ammo order on back order, and no idea when our if they will get it.

I like a 6"+ barrel to get the most out of my ammo if I'm not going deep concealed. To legally hunt you usually need a 6" barrel and a major caliber.
