Bearcat ?

Was always kinda interested in a bearcat. Found one today by chance in a pawn shop. Followed me home. Great shape. Little blueing wear on ejector housing. Original grips are perfect No turn line. Unconverted. Looks unfired. Serial F45x. Paid 450. Appreciate any info on the gun

That's what we collectors call an "Alphabet" model. It would have been made in 1958.
