Since I paid Ruger to put an Old Army steel frame on my OM Blackhawk .41 Mag. I just have to ask. Why would you want to replace the Old Army grip frame?

Be really careful with the replacement screw. I got a replacement for a OM from Ruger a good many years back and the screw was long enough to contact the cylinder and leave a ring.,

The option of more bump is still "one the table" in that you could grind the die if you need to. So maybe perfect now is not so bad. I would prefer bottoming the die to cam over for adjusting the length anyway so I would be happy with the die you have.

If it loads and shoots factory ammo just fine? My first inclination would be to wait and contact Redding and see what they have to say and if they offer a suggestion or correction. If the die is for the wrong version of the cartridge that could be a problem. Are there other brands available...

I have no specifics. I like the Herretts I have for my 2 Blackhawks. I did not much like the set of Stile's I had. The wood did not seem "as good". I tend to change grips fairly often between the Herretts and an extended set of grips from Texas Grips. I like the look of the extended grips...

Best thing I did was to add the LNL bushings to my single stage press. I have not been at all interested in a turret press after I made that move. I do seat and crimp separately. Dies can be removed and replaced instantly and hold their adjustments when doing so.

Sometimes on line from Graf's. If you belong to a shotgun range that uses clay targets they often deliver powder and primers on order also. That is what I have been doing for the last 3 years for shot, powder, and shotgun primers.

Most Ruger grips are fitted better than that. Hogue makes wood grips too. I often use Herret's grips that I buy on eBay. I also have a set of grips from Texas Grips that fit better than the ones you show. I do not often shoot full power loads with Ruger stock grips.

I think shooting the 158 grain bullets will wear out the gun slower than shooting the faster, lighter bullets. Probably does not make a great deal of difference. Reloading slower loads might help. I am not sure what "wears out" on a gun but suspect the heavier bullet loads are easier on the...

Ruger put an old army steel frame on my OM Blackhawk for me and reblued the gun. I do not know what about a super Blackhawk.

No idea what you are talking about. I think you need a free spin pawl. Either buy one or modify yours. I would watch the video but I do not want to get confused.

My gun has a old army grip frame. It says XR3 RED on it. But...the Blackhawk grips do not fit it exactly. Close but not the same.
