So much for 5 years of design. Or whatever they said when they released it. Maybe they should have copied another companies design like the they did with the LCP.

The SR9 has fallen off of my radar. I was all hot to buy one but not now. I'm looking at the S&W M&P now. It has been out for a few years and they have worked out the bugs. Plus S&W customer service is top notch. This does not bode well for the LCP. Kel-Tec may be a lot things but charging...

These are brand new guns. I would not mess with it. Let Ruger fix it.

My P89 has a butt load of rounds though it. Don't know how many for sure but I would say 5000 +, at least. The barrel and slide look fine. I know my P89 as a link design similar to the 1911. And SR9 is a cam block, but still, IMO this should not be happening.
