Shoot me a PM with what you have....
Are you located in MT? I have family in Bozeman (I'm from Lewistown) and am planning on a spring ground squirrel hunt.
Trigger is ~2lbs and shoots great. My m.o.a. was a little larger with the Hornady super performance than I would have liked but my brother brought some Sierra boattails loaded with 4895 that shot great. Looks like some reloading is in my future.
Ok. Got it back and it's fixed. Not perfect, adjustment is exactly centered when bore sighted but good enough.
Next is trigger work then I can got punch some holes in paper.
Can I ask what the fix for your .308 was? Windage adjustable mounts?
This sounds a lot like my problem (couldn't even bore sight without running out of scope adjustment). I ended up sending the rifle back to Ruger. They said they replaced the rib and tested.....still waiting on delivery to...
Just sent back a new no. 1 because the rib was off and could not bore sight.....but I have to agree that the were quick to react and had a fast turn around.
Great customer service, but it would be worth while to try and get it right the first time.
