I think you should sell it- to me! Then it will go with the 5-1/2” stainless Bisley, the 7-1/2” SBH Hunter, and the Marlin 1894FG.

Not to be a kill-joy, but I’ll take mine in 41 Magnum. Should work with the 44 Mag magazine with a different follower. More power than the 357, less recoil than the 44 Magnum- my favorite caliber. I also realize the chances are about zero. But I can wish!

Just checked my log- mine works fine after 24,850 rds. If it breaks the next time I shoot it, I am blaming you!

No problem with my 3 Blackhawks, but both of my GP-100s(4” and 6”)have the problem, which thanks to “contender”, I will fix as soon as I get home! Thanks guys!

Thinking along the same lines myself- can’t decide between the S&W or Ruger GP100. Have larger versions of both in other calibers. S&W has a better single action, but there is something about the GP100 that keeps me coming back. Maybe the 4” and 6” 357s that I also have!

I sent both cylinders of my convertible to DougGuy for reaming and could not be any happier. He did an excellent job, the turn around time was less than a week, and he kept me informed on his progress. And the guns shoot great with cast bullets! Will be sending him cylinders from my 41 magnums...

Really like mine(regular grip, not Bisley which I prefer). Seems to be very accurate with any 210-220 gr bullet and 7-8 grains of Unique or H- Universal. Now just need to find a good hunting load.

I bought the bullets to experiment in the Marlin rifle. Just wanted to see if anyone had any load data for the heavier bullet in the Super Blackhawk Hunter. Guess I will just stick with "normal" bullets in the 175-220 gr range. Will probably be less recoil any way!
