    New Wrangler

I just picked up the birdshead version with the wood grips and holster. The grips are definitely Altamont, and they appear to be walnut. The ones on mine were tight and fit extremely well for a gun this cheap. The holster is a little different, but considering it's probably a $60 holster from...

    WRANGLER BIRDSHEAD

I just picked one of these up yesterday. The Talo edition with wood grips and DeSantis holster. Overall it's an impressive gun for under 3 bills out the door.

    Getting into .30-30 Winchester

Sounds like you're on the right path. Those 150gr Sierras over a stiff charge of 3031 (I use 28.5gr, ymmv) is all you'll ever need in your Marlin. I took a nice 8-point last fall with mine using that combination.

    Another Ammo Shortage?

Neither of those are considered "popular" cartridges by the general shooting public. I would venture to say the vast majority of people who shoot 44 Spl and 45 Colt are handloaders as well.

    Winchester steel case 9mm

I've shot several hundred rounds of Wolf and Tulammo steel-cased 9mm through my P95, Glock 19, Bersa BP9CC, and Ruger PC9 (original) without a hitch. At under $7/box, it makes great range ammo. And I don't have to hunt for my brass!

    P95

IMO, you won't find a more reliable, more forgiving pistol than a P series Ruger. I currently own a P90 and a P95, and have had others in the past. They are tough, rugged, accurate, reliable pistols.

Winchester 231 in my 1939 Mauser luger

I use 231 and 124gr cast bullets for my 9mm loads. I'm shooting modern handguns, so my loads are near the upper end of the recommended range. As always, it's best to look at data from several reputable sources and start low and work up. Also, be sure that your pistol is safe to fire. If you...

    WTB: P90 Magazines FOUND SOME!

I'm interested in buying a couple P90/P97 magazines. Used is fine, and I would prefer OEM mags over aftermarket. I know they are available other places online, but figured I would ask the membership here first. Please PM with offers. TIA, three50seven
