Just got the replacement for the scrapped SP101 327 this week. It is from new production with a much improved hammer- doesn't peel the skin off your thumb. Haven't shot it yet but will post after I do. Hope they fixed the problems since this is a beautiful firearm.

Makes way too much sense. My first revolver was the LCR 38 sp. and I really liked it. Then I bought the sp101 327 and now the LCR stays in the drawer. An LCR 327 would be the perfect carry gun for me in the summer, but I don't think I'll ever keep the sp101 in the drawer!

My dealer in Cincinnati charged $442 each for the two SP101's I bought in the last three months (327 mag and 357 mag, 2 inch spurless). He told me he made $30 on each one. Love both of them.
