    Hawkeye 7.62x39 Value

Had one back in the late 90s IIRC. The only thing appealing to me was the $2/box steel case ammo. 😂

    Hawkeye 7.62x39 Value

Yea that was my first suggestion to him and nothing is there. Guess he could list it and set the example for the next one.

    Hawkeye 7.62x39 Value

A family member was asking me about the value of a somewhat rare discontinued Ruger, and I figured y’all would likely know. It’s an unfired 77 Compact Hawkeye in 7.62x39, with rings, but no box. Here’s the pictures he sent of the rifle.

    Newer/Newest Stainless Super Blackhawk Question

I'll also be using an alloy ERH with a stud added between it and the barrel to take the load rather than the screw. Something tells me that the way they are now, with that long steel housing supported only by epoxy and the screw, won't last long...

    Newer/Newest Stainless Super Blackhawk Question

Yep, I have all the parts in blued laying around. I guess I need to try them out and make sure there are no issues with timing, etc. I'd have to trade frames, hammers, triggers, and the upper two screws along with grips. I'm pretty sure there won't be an issue, other than having to cut, crown...

    Newer/Newest Stainless Super Blackhawk Question

Since I've had 2 454 SBH Bisleys sitting in the safe since late last year, I figure it's time to start tinkering on them. I'm no fan of the Bisley, but it was the only way they came and I planned to convert them to SBH Dragoon frames and hammers along with 4 5/8" barrels and alloy ejector rod...

BNR Brand Brass Grip Frame for New Model

Since the lighting was no good last night and it's going to be raining for the next week, I thought I'd add some pics of it mounted on a revolver.

BNR Brand Brass Grip Frame for New Model

This is one of 2 I have ever seen on the web. The other one sold here a while back. I left the finish as is in case the buyer wants the patina, or it can be polished to shine. Fits New Model. $275 shipped. First "I'll take it" followed by a PM. Paypal or USPS Money Order. Thanks! Thomas
