Just picked one up myself less than a month ago, very impressed with it on my first range trip. Accurate and felt really good shooting.

Long story, bought a SR9e and really like it. I mainly shoot 45's. Mostly a old Ruger P90 and 1911's. Thinking, hey, I like the SR9e, maybe I'll get a SR45. I'm looking at reviews, seems there's a lot of really crappy ones ... And tons of crappy YouTube video reviews. Is this gun really a dog...

I'm 55 and got damned bi-focals as well, you can go to your eye doctor (find one that's gun friendly) and tell him your problems and they can fit you with some perscription "shootin specs" OR, as I do Take a dry erase marker (to test it before you make it permenant) and blacked the rear...

I have been using it for a year or so, does a good job . . . but when push comes to shove it's still just CLP in a different carrier base. It does initially cost more, but one bottle of each (I use the paste and the liquid) has lasted me over a year. The smell doesn't bother me much, like it...

Friends don't let their friends carry 9mm I have one, a XD 9 Tactical, I only use it to play games in three gun tactical shoots and at the range . . . .

I'd look at the HighNoon holsters, yeah their a bit more expensive.... but woth it I have a Hume and it works real nice

Both are good guns that seem to have solid reputations, yes the SR9c does outside here. Most of the stuff we hear about Ruger guns on this forum are bitches and questions.... outside it not so much. And with aqs many as Ruger makes and as few as we hear about here... not thinking that's a bad...

I carried my P345 for almost two years before I got my Sig GSR. Never had a problem with concealing it... just gotta try a few holsters to find what you like. I personally just use a OWB and cover with a t-shirt most days. High Noon Holsters makes some of the best 'tuckable' holsters IMO, had...

I've always been a fan of CLP, use it on all my guns
