They look like a fine rifle with lots of good reviews. The only thing I'm not liking about it right now is that the upper doesn't break down say like the Sig SWAT 556 does. I really liked how far you could break down the Sig 556. I'm haven't really decided yet on a piston or DI type yet. But...
I don't have any AR's but I want to get my 1st one in a couple months. I just put a 686+ Deluxe on layaway I need to pay off first next month. A few ppls on AR15Armory have recommended something from Addax, Daniel Defense, BCM, LMT and a couple other quality rifles with lifetime warranties...
Nice thread. But I haven't read anything about after the sale. A lifetime Guarntee on Springfields AND renowned customer service to boot. This is the supplier I use for my 1911's. And of course my 4" Redhawk 44 mag...
I will but, forgive my ignorance, seeing how this is my first semi-auto and just inexperience with firearms I just learned how to disassemble/assemble it for cleaning, not complete disassembly. Although there is a nice 25 minute video on YouTube for my model doing that. :D
Thanks for the help. I need to do something. I don't want to be getting a blister whenever I shoot. I was looking at the Hogues. Already downloaded their catalog with my favorites before deciding on the elk grips. I was thinking maybe it was the corner of the grip that was creating the...
I don't mind the recoil. But, damn it bites when shooting. 20 rounds no gloves.... And yes yesterday's range session w/ the 300win mag rifle and .50 cal Omega ML this is the first time shootin it.
Would the wood grips cause this too? I got these.
Hey Lever, I didn't know you were a member here also. I am also very happy to have found and contacted you from somebody's link on this site. I was looking for something a little special and am very happy with your artwork/craftmanship. I will wear/enjoy it with as much pride as the revolver...
I was happy I was able to get some with as much color as I did. And I was happy to see the size of the medallions are so much larger and size of the screw smaller than factory. Here's mine. Thanks Patrick! :D
Ya, I can really appreciate the end result now that I can actually hold it. I can't wait to get my carved holster/belt in dyed oxblood from LeverGunLeather to go w/ this. Really is nice to have someplace to go where you can find out about talented people like Patrick.
