My factory MK II bushing fits great, no looseness !

I modified my stock "Bolt lock" all I did was grind out the little point inside the hole and it works great.

YES, I'm still using the MK III hammer, I've actually done quiet a few mods to my MK III 22/45. If you'd like I can send you a PM explaining all I've done to my MK III 22/45.

Interesting .. .. .. I took the mag-disconnect out of my 22/45 and put in a MK II bushing as you stated and my disconnector does not look like that ... ((( ? ))) :shock:

When I started Deer-hunting in 1972 my brother-in-laws father had a Ruger .22 pistol from the early 1950's (not sure if it was a Standard or a MK I) every November we shot at least 300 rounds through that thing and I do believe my brother-in-laws dad never cleaned the blasted thing and it was...

That Ransom Rest is cool, what a great way to find out how well a pistol shoots with different ammo ! When I first got my Beretta 96A1 it always shot 3 or 4 inches high and left, after a couple of hours at the local range and resting it in a couple of sand bags I figured out it wasn't the pistol...

I thought they outlawed guns, apple pie, and Chevy's back in the 1980's over in CA.

I've been shooting "rimfire" since I was 9-years-old and will be turning 55 very soon, to satisfy your own needs have a blast doing your testing, IMO .... from just playing around over the years, if you're looking for accuracy out to 250 yards the .17 WSM will win and leave the .22 LR and .22...
