I saw a 3" LCRx (?) adjustable sighted .22LR at the LGS a few days ago. I told him that when they come in .22 Mag to put me down for 2! that's not on the list, is it????

Just a question - is it legal in TX for an individual to ship a firearm to another individual, bypassing the FFL, as long as it doesn't cross state lines? Many states it is, and I'd think that TX would be 1 of those. Just like making a private in-state sale, just a little bit more distance...
