The XGI can use M1A/M14 magazines, but the factory one is a 5 round Ruger made.

Kiesler's was a Ruger police distributor at the time. I'd guess it's something they put together for the Indiana State Police. Appears to be a KMini14GB20 with an emblem inletted into the stock and an acid etched slide and receiver. We did a similar gun for California Corrections.
