    357 maximum load data

I believe the Bradshaw/Martin bullet is a cast bullet that you make from a mold. If you can buy the bullets precast, I wasn't aware of it.

    357 maximum load data

We have the H&R also. I used to shoot silhouette and the DWs were popular due to their long cylinder enabling you to load heavy bullets. Better knockdown and less flame cutting.

4227 and 1680 were always the go to powders for the 357 and 375 Super Mags.

    Nicely Finished Factory Ruger Revolver

Years ago I came across a Blackhawk convertible 10mm and 38/40. I could not get over the polish and bluing that Ruger put on that revolver, it looked very high end. I think it was a special for Buckeye Sports. I wasn't looking for a 10mm but being a single action revolver, a rimless case is a...

Just got a GP100 in 327 Federal Mag

Congratulations on your find. Like you, I lucked into one some years back by wondering into a local gun store during the lunchbreak at work. I have the GP100 and a Blackhawk. The advantage these revolvers bring is a longer cylinder to permit heavier bullets to be loaded.

    Group sizes at 100 yards

A revolver is capable of 2 MOA and better but it usually takes more tuning than a decent rifle would. We bought a SBH in 10mm and that thing just shot well right out of the box. The 50 yard target below was the first at 50 and I thought pretty good. The last shot, the one out to the right, felt...

    New to me Security Six

Ron and Terry, Thank you for all of the time you put into this. I only have 1 Security 6 so I compared it to some revolvers we do have: a GP100, a Redhawk, a Blackhawk, a Smith, and some Dan Wessons. The machining marks are the most pronounced on the Security 6. I was going to stone the...

Any on with the 10mm redhawk? How are you liking it?

This is a link to a review I posted a while ago. http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=265921

Ruger Super Redhawk 10mm Range Report

Thank you David. I appreciate the tip and will try that on the mounts. Thanks Bill. I am very pleased at the accuracy and with the revolver weight, it is a pleasure to shoot. I hope you will be just as pleased with yours.

Ruger Super Redhawk 10mm Range Report

Thanks guys. It works well, it was tight initially but that appeared to be a good thing because everything seems to be minimum in the tolerances. It is very smooth now. I have handguns I paid more for that don't shoot as well and it hits hard.
