If they were going to cobble together a photo they could have at least ommited the barrel band, removed the scopemount, and made a correct sized barrel.

My FFL now says his distributor is dealing with the same issue with other model 1261's. Sounds like Ruger really dropped the ball on this and needs to change the pic on their website ASAP. I sent an email last night to them. I'll update when I know more.
