An e-mail was sent to Ruger and they responded that they would get back to me. This was 3 days ago. I also have no use for the lock or magazine safeties.
My son-in-laws P345 safety is locked in the safe position and he is unable to unlock it with the key. The key turns but the lock stays in the safe position. I am waiting a response from Ruger but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
Recently my son-in-law used the key lock on the thumb safety. It jammed in the safe position and at the range he was unable to get the safety to the fire position. I'm not sure if the problem was corrected but it made his P345 useless.
