I bought a Ruger Single Six Convertible a couple of months ago and find that my eyes do not like iron sights anymore! Does anybody have any experience or some advice as to if either Truglo or Ttrijicon sights can be mounted on my Single 6 with a 9" barrel?

Unless you really know what you are doing I would strongly recommend sending your gun to Volquartsen. When you receive it back you will think that you have a completely different pistol! I have a MK2 made by Volquartsen with all but the action and frame made by them. It certainly was not...

I had an unusual damage to the face of the bolt of my Volquerized MK2 and now I hear from Ruger's Tech Support that they do not make Bolts for MK 1 or 2's anymore. Allegedly the MK 3 Bolt will fit with a minor modification. My Gunsmith got a different response from Ruger than the one I received...
