Super Redhawk .44 mag Unfluted Cylinder

I sure like the look of the Super Redhawks in the "bigger" cartridge offers (.454, .480) with the unfluted cylinder. Is there somewhere I can obtain an unfluted cylinder for my Super Redhawk in .44 mag?

    Mystery part,identify if you can!

Well, as my old man would say... It's a whim-waffer goose's bridle off the flywheel of a bake-oven.

    LCR/LCRx info wanted

My EDC is an LCR in .327 mag. With the .327 you get one more round, 6 instead of 5 and if you read the ballistic tables muzzle energy is right up there with the .357. Also, for the range, you can shoot .32 H&R mag, .32 short, and .32 long.

    LCR Melting Problem?

Mine's still in one piece. Hasn't "melted" yet. Is this supposedly a chemical issue or a heat issue?

    Oregon Non-resident Carry Permit

I'm confused. I thought the recent SCOTUS decision on the New York case said they couldn't require you to have a compelling reason for a permit?

LCRx in .327? Do you think they'll make one soon?

Yeah, it is. Note the exposed hammer. Just isn't the 3" barrel version.

Sweet! Except I was hoping for the 3" barrel version.

LCRx in .327? Do you think they'll make one soon?

I love my LCR .327 but I also like the looks of the LCRx. I was just wondering if the assembled here had any thoughts on if Ruger will make the "x" in .327 anytime soon?

Which LCR caliber did you choose and WHY?

I've got the .327. Mainly I liked the idea of the extra round and the .327 mag is no lightweight as far as ballistics too. Also, for practice I can use .32 H&R or even .32 S&W Long.

    Dies for the various .32s

Which is why I'm asking. I'll probably just stick with .327 mag and .32 H&R mag so I'm thinking the .327 dies will work for both of those since there's only 0.125 difference in case length. Maybe, (but just maybe, not for sure), even the .32 S&W Long also, since it's only 0.28 shorter than the...

    Dies for the various .32s

I am probably going to get a LCR .327 mag and I don't want to assume anything but I figure that since the .327 will digest .32 Short Colt, .32 S&W, .32 S&W Long, .32 H&R Magnum and, of course, .327 mag that .327 mag dies will reload for all of these. I'm figuring this is like .357 mag dies will...

    Mossberg 500- Anyone Knowledgeable

I have a 500 12 ga and my son has a "Ted Williams" Sears band 12 ga that is a 500 with Sears brand name and markings on it. I don't even remember when or where I got mine but have had it for at least 35 years. I bought my son's "Ted Williams" one at a pawn shop about 18 years ago. I don't...
