    LC9s mag release problems

I had the same problem with mine at first, with both USA and Italian mags. Then I adjusted my thumb from curling it down to holding my thumb straight and the problem went away. Roger

    BE-86

I have loaded a couple of pounds in 9MM and 45 ACP, and I like the results. I have not loaded any 44 Specials with it yet but I have no reason to believe it would not work well, as Power Pistol is my favorite powder in 44 Special powder, and BE-86 is close to Power Pistol with a flash suppressor...

    LC9 mags

I recently bought a LC9s Pro and have been looking for some extra mags, and found them hard to find and pricey. I then stumbled upon Aggressive Guns, LC9 mags at $29.99 with free shipping. I ordered 2 and received them in about 3 days, the ones I received were the "Made in Italy" mags. This is...

    2230 Powder

In this month's Shooting Times, Lane Pearce's article on powders and primers said that 2230 and Ramshot X-Terminator where the same powder. I don't know if it is available or not, might be on the lookout for it. Roger

Questions on my new 380 LCP

I have a LCP that I have shot around 500 rounds through and it has never jammed or missed a lick. I have never fired a factory round in it, I can not help you there. I shoot 100 grain lead RN for practice and Remington Golden Sabre's loaded in it while it rides in my truck center console. Roger

    LCP KABOOM, not mine

Saw this on another forum, thought it would fit in here. This has to be the worst KABOOM I have seen online. You have to be a member of Highroad Forum to view the pictures. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=798411 Roger

    WTB - LC9 Magazines

When I recently bought my LC9s I looked a lot of places for extra mags since they only come with one. I finally had to suck it up and order from Midway at $30 each, there is not a lot of used LC9 mags for sale. Here is a link for Midway, at $29.99 that is about as cheap as I have found...

Loading the .44 Spl Flattop to it's full potential

Here is some hotter 44 Sp. loads, I have shot a hefty charge of WW 296 and a 240 gr. lead and jacketed bullet and both I and my Flat Top Rugers have survived. http://www.goodrichfamilyassoc.org/44_Special_Articles/Brian%20Pearce%20on%20the%2044%20Special.pdf...

The Mark series has a new competitor from S&W.

Looks to me they borrowed more from the Browning Buckmark than the Ruger. I bought a Buckmark a couple of months ago and the street price was $398 online at Bud's, mine has a threaded barrel the standard model UFX was in the $330 range. Roger

    New LC9S and a ?

The slide is on it's way back to Ruger, they said they would pin it. I know Ruger does not pin some other front sights, my SR 1911 is not. I did not know about the LC9. Roger

    New LC9S and a ?

I bought me a LC9S Pro for my birthday last week and shot it for the first time today. It was about 20 degrees this morning so I only put about 175 rounds through it. I had to change my grip with my thumb because I hit the mag release a couple of times. I had the slide lock back twice before the...
