Ruger KNR-4 1. Are these revolvers still being made by Ruger, if not when did the mfg. stop. 2. Does Lipsey or TALO get all the KNR-4 first then sell them thru certain dealers, and are the guns enhanced in any way once they leave Ruger. Thanks to all Jerry
